Our rotational program is part of the commitment Textron makes to develop talent and represents the company’s belief that moving talented people across our businesses and developing them with challenging opportunities are fundamental to personal and professional growth.

In this program, participants will have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge about how different roles align with their skills and career goals. Our two-year program provides participants a rewarding experience that prepares them to be well-rounded professionals.

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred

Rotations:

  • Two one-year rotations

Assignment areas:

  • Participate and drive business outcomes with assignments in areas including but not limited to: Accounting, Finance Business Partner, Finance Operations, FP&A, Treasury, Audit, and Financial Analyst

 

ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & SAFETY

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred

Rotations:

  • Two one-year rotations

Assignment areas:

  • Participate and drive business outcomes with assignments in areas including but not limited to: Environmental Compliance, Workplace Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Workers Compensation, Sustainability, Hazardous Waste Management, Risk Management, Loss Prevention, Disability Management, Local & Federal Regulation Compliance

 

ENGINEERING

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer or Software Engineering, Computer Science, Materials/Chemical Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred

Rotations:

  • Two one-year rotations

Assignment areas:

  • Participate and drive business outcomes with assignments in areas including but not limited to: Aircraft Design, Vehicle Systems, Innovation, Systems Engineering, Project/Program Management, Test Engineering, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Quality Engineering, etc.

 

HUMAN RESOURCES

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related field with emphasis in Human Resources preferred.

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred

Rotations:

  • Two one-year rotations

Assignment areas:

  • Participate and drive business outcomes with assignments in areas including but not limited to: HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, Project Management, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR Operations.

INTEGRATED SUPPLY CHAIN

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred

Rotations:

  • Two one-year rotations

Assignment Areas:

  • Participate and drive business outcomes with assignments in areas including but not limited to: Procurement, Production Planning, Logistics, Continuous Improvement, Buyer, Facilities Project Management, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Industrial Engineering

 

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred

Rotations:

  • Two one-year rotations

Assignment Areas:

  • Participate and drive business outcomes with assignments in areas including but not limited to: Cybersecurity, Software Development, Infrastructure, Business Intelligence, Project Management, SAP, and Customer Experience
